Accessibility Standards

We are committed to working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards, established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Physical Accessibility

Important Notice: Our coworking space at 2840 Bryan Ave, Fort Worth, TX is located on the second floor of a building without elevator access. Unfortunately, our space is not currently wheelchair accessible.

Building Limitations

  • Located on the second floor with stair-only access
  • No elevator available in the building

  • Multiple steps required to reach our space

Available Accommodations

While our physical space has accessibility limitations, we strive to accommodate members in other ways:

  • Good lighting throughout the space

  • Flexible workspace arrangements for those who can access the space

Alternative Options

We understand our location's limitations are significant. If you require wheelchair accessibility or have mobility concerns, please contact us before visiting so we can discuss alternative arrangements or refer you to accessible coworking spaces in the Fort Worth area.

Testing and Evaluation

We periodically review our website for accessibility improvements using:

  • Basic accessibility testing tools
  • Keyboard navigation testing

Known Issues and Limitations

We acknowledge that some areas of our website may not yet meet full accessibility standards. We are actively working to address these issues:

  • Some color combinations may not meet WCAG contrast requirements
  • Certain decorative elements use colors (rose-gold, gold) that may have insufficient contrast
  • Third-party embedded content may have accessibility limitations
  • Complex interactive features are continuously being improved

Future Improvements

We aim to improve accessibility over time by:

  • Addressing known accessibility issues as resources allow
  • Considering accessibility in future updates

Third-Party Content

Some content on our website is provided by third-party services, which may not be fully under our control. This includes:

  • Social media widgets and embedded posts
  • Maps and location services
  • Payment processing interfaces
  • Analytics and tracking tools

We work with our third-party providers to ensure their services meet accessibility standards and will replace services that do not meet our accessibility requirements when feasible alternatives are available.

If you encounter content that is not accessible to you, we can provide alternative formats upon request:

  • Large print versions of documents
  • Audio descriptions of visual content
  • Simplified versions of complex information
  • Alternative communication methods
